Frøya, 21 June 2023, Reference is made to the stock exchange notices publishedby Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company") on 26 May 2023 regarding the subsequentoffering of up to 1,810,536 new shares in the Company (the "SubsequentOffering").
The share capital increase resulting from the Subsequent Offering have now beenregistered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following theregistration, the Company's share capital is NOK 12,226,124.90 divided into122,261,249 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
